Vanilla Chai Cookie Recipe

This is a cookie dedicated in the memory of my mom. She passed away a few years ago and one of my favorite memories is our Starbucks dates. She loved Chai Latte's and I wanted to create a recipe in her honor.
Vanilla Chai Latte:
a vanilla chai based cookie dough base, stuffed with a vanilla buttercream, topped with white chocolate and my moms signature caramel drizzle (she couldn't have it any other way!)
