Im the biggest scary movie fan and NEEDED a cookie to represent my favorite movie genre. Serial killer is the YUMMIEST gory creation I’ve made yet… and you can make it any time of the year! Bring on the scary vibes. (This cookie does not include any special Halloween ingredients, meaning you can make this cookie any time of the year.)

a black cocoa based cookie with dark chocolate pieces throughout, stuffed with a red velvet ganache and topped with a red velvet blood splatter and shards of sugar glass. (All shelf stable and cottage law friendly.)
