Pumpkin Spice (Cream Cheese) Cookie Recipe

Fall is my favorite season and I knew I had to make my personal favorite fall flavors! You cant have fall without Pumpkin Spice! This is my take on the classic Pumpkin Spice flavor.

-Pumpkin Spice:

a pumpkin spice cookie dough base with cream cheese and cinnamon flavors throughout stuffed with a shelf stable cream cheese buttercream (I didn’t use emulsion or actual cream cheese for this!!!) topped with a brown sugar cinnamon frosting and a dusting of pumpkin spice.

*** THIS STYLE OF COOKIE IS MEANT TO HAVE A SOFT TEXTURE IN THE MIDDLE BUT IT IS COMPLETLEY BAKED THROUGH. (FOOD THERMOMETER TESTED.)***
