Fall Bundle Recipes

Fall is my favorite season and I knew I had to make my personal favorite fall flavors in one bundle! This bundle includes all of the iconic and most popular fall flavors offered in gourmet style cookie recipe form.
This bundle includes:
-Apple Cider Donut:
A spiced apple cider dough with hints of cinnamon and apple flavors throughout, stuffed with an apple cinnamon donut and topped with an apple cider glaze and donut pieces.
-Caramel Apple Pie:
A caramel apple cookie dough base packed with hints of caramel, apples, and white chocolate throughout, stuffed with an apple pie center, topped with a caramel glaze and garnished with apple spice crumbles!
-Pumpkin Spice:
a pumpkin spice cookie dough base with cream cheese and cinnamon flavors throughout stuffed with a shelf stable cream cheese buttercream (I didn’t use emulsion or actual cream cheese for this!!!) topped with a brown sugar cinnamon frosting and a dusting of pumpkin spice.
-Maple Pecan Pie:
A brown sugar pie cookie dough base with pieces of brown sugar and pecans throughout, stuffed with a pecan pie filling (shelf stable,) topped with a maple glaze and garnished with more pecans.
Maple pecan pie is the only cookie that requires a little more work than the others! You have to make the filling for it but I promise it’s SO worth it!! (I have offered an alternative filling that is a bit simpler if you do not wish to make the filling.)🫶
*** THIS STYLE OF COOKIE IS MEANT TO HAVE A SOFT TEXTURE IN THE MIDDLE BUT IT IS COMPLETLEY BAKED THROUGH. (FOOD THERMOMETER TESTED.)***
