Cotton Candy Cookie Recipe

-Cotton Candy: Our cotton candy cookie dough base packed with cotton candy and marshmallow flavors throughout. Stuffed with a marshmallow in the middle, topped with a homemade marshmallow topping, and garnished with cotton candy pop rocks.

This includes the recipe for the cookie and for the homemade marshmallow topping. I have also provided instructions to make these cookies into mini cookies and to make the solid color cookies and pink and blue cookies.

This style of cookie is meant to have a soft texture in the middle but it is completely baked through. (Food thermometer tested)
